How To Use The One Arm Trainer
Let's get you started
Step 1
Hang via Rope
You can hang the One Arm Trainer on anything you can sling a rope around.
Step 2
Insert Grip
You can use a variety of different holds, they easily and securily pop into place and can also be mixed and matched.

Adjust Difficulty
Moving the rope further to the left or right will increase the intensity of the respective arm/hand.

TRAIN
To get the most out of your session, make sure to keep the board level while training.
