The Tindeq Progressor allows you to measure pulling force and monitor strength progression during exercises such as finger training, edge lifting, or pull-based strength tests. Paired with a loading pin and fractional weight plates, this system makes it possible to apply very precise load increments during training.
Small weight adjustments are especially valuable in finger strength training, where even minimal load increases can represent a significant change in intensity. Fractional plates allow climbers and strength athletes to progress gradually while maintaining proper form and reducing injury risk.
