The MXEdge Lift from Lattice Training is a precision-designed lifting edge created to maximise finger strength training. Also known as a lifting block, portable hangboard or no-hang device, it allows climbers to train their fingers with free weights, making it perfect for structured strength sessions, warm-ups at the crag, or controlled rehab protocols.
Developed through hundreds of hours of ergonomic research, the MXEdge Lift features a unique edge geometry that allows climbers to pull harder while remaining comfortable and stable. The result is more effective loading of the finger flexors and greater strength gains over time.
Ergonomic Edge Designed for Maximum Force
Unlike standard lifting edges that distribute force evenly across the fingers, the MXEdge Lift uses a variable edge depth geometry. The middle fingers receive slightly more contact area while the outer fingers receive less, allowing climbers to produce higher force output while maintaining the same total contact surface.
This design reduces discomfort and increases stability of the hand and wrist, allowing climbers to focus on loading the forearm flexors and finger tendons effectively.
