How to use:

Weight lifters can be attached to elastic bands. Attach the elastic bands to something solid and attach the weight lifter to the elastic band. Now stretch the elastic band by pulling the weightlifters
Attach weight lifter to dead weight and lift it.
Hang the weight lifter up and do some hang training.
