Golden Grip - Forearm Roller

A compact, stable roller for releasing tension in your forearms after hard climbing and grip sessions.
Originally designed as a foot roller, it turns out to be the perfect size for rolling out the forearm flexors and extensors.

What this solves
Climbing loads the forearms more than almost any other muscle group, yet they rarely get any recovery work. Regular foam rollers are too big for the forearm, and massage balls roll away and are hard to control.

How this solves it
The roller sits stable on a table or the floor. You simply lean your forearm onto it and roll, controlling the pressure with your body weight.

Why this tool
Sized for the forearm, it gives more targeted and controllable pressure than a foam roller or a loose massage ball. Quick to use between sessions, at the crag or at your desk.

Best for
Climbers with tight, pumped or overworked forearms, especially during heavy grip or finger-training blocks.
