A set of 4 interlocking rubber floor tiles that protect your floor during grip and lifting training at home.
Built for everyone who trains with block weights, pinch blocks or a loading pin and doesn't want to dent the floor or annoy the neighbours.

What this solves
Grip lifts end with weights dropping or being set down hard. On wood, tiles or laminate that means dents, cracks and a lot of noise.

How this solves it
The heavy, 2 cm thick rubber tiles absorb impact and dampen sound. Connected together they form a stable 1 × 1 m training area that stays in place.

Why this tool
Dense rubber is far more durable and impact-resistant than foam mats, and interlocking tiles are easier to move and expand than one large mat. The anti-slip surface also gives a stable base for a training rack, bench or armwrestling pulley.

Best for
