YY Vertical – Alien
In stock
The Aliens are finger extensor bands designed for activation, warm-up, and light rehabilitation work.
They are suited for climbers who want to activate the extensor muscles and improve circulation before or after training.
What this solves
Climbing heavily loads the finger flexors, while extensors are often neglected. Light activation can help prepare the hands and support recovery.
How this solves it
By opening the hand against resistance, the bands activate the extensor muscles, increasing blood flow and lightly engaging the opposing muscle groups.
Why this tool
Unlike strength training tools, these bands are designed for activation and recovery. They are simple, portable, and easy to integrate into a warm-up routine.
Best for
Beginner / Advanced / Expert — for warm-up, recovery, and light extensor activation.
Key features
Three resistance levels (easy, medium, hard)
Targets finger extensors
