Free shipping from €150 for all zones below. Delivery in about 4 business days.

  • Zone A – €12: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain (excl. Balearic Islands)
  • Zone B – €15: Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden
  • Zone C – €18: Greece, Hungary, Slovakia
  • Zone D – €20: Bulgaria, Lithuania

Order processing

Orders placed before 15:00 CET usually ship the same business day. During busy periods (holidays, sales) this can take one extra day.

Duties & taxes

  • EU: no import duties or extra fees.
  • United States: shipped DDP, everything included.
  • Other non-EU countries (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway): local import duties and VAT may be charged on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Undeliverable packages

If a package comes back because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, reshipping costs may be charged.
