Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually shipped the same business day.

  • During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an additional day.

Duties & Taxes

  • EU: No additional duties or import fees.

  • Non-EU Europe: Duties and local VAT may apply upon delivery (DDU).

  • United States: All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no extra fees for the customer.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive the tracking link automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipment costs may be charged.
