Golden Grip - Canonball, Grip Strength
In stock
The Grip Ball is a spherical grip training tool designed to develop full-hand strength through lifting or hanging.
It is suited for climbers who want to train general grip strength in an open, non-wrapping position.
What this solves
Some grip tools allow the hand to fully wrap around them, reducing the demand on grip strength. A larger shape forces more active engagement.
How this solves it
The 9 cm diameter prevents full hand closure, requiring continuous grip tension to hold or lift the object.
Why this tool
Unlike smaller handles, the spherical shape distributes load across the entire hand and limits mechanical advantage, increasing grip demand.
Best for
Beginner / Advanced — for climbers who want to build general grip strength through lifting or hanging.
