Workshop 1950 - Grip Cones
Only 4 left
The Grip Cones are tapered grip tools designed to create uneven loading across the fingers during hanging or lifting.
They are suited for users who want to introduce variation in grip distribution rather than train pure strength.
What this solves
Standard cylindrical grips distribute force evenly across the hand. Some tools aim to change this distribution to create a different stimulus.
How this solves it
The tapered shape shifts the load toward the narrower top, often increasing reliance on the index and middle fingers instead of the full hand.
Why this tool
Unlike cylinders, this creates an uneven and less predictable grip. However, this also makes the stimulus less clear and harder to control or justify compared to more standard tools.
Best for
Intermediate — for users who want variation in grip feel and loading patterns.
