Workshop 1950 - Pegboard Pegline
Only 3 left
The Pegboard-Pegline is a wall-mounted training system designed to develop pulling strength, lock-off strength, and coordination through dynamic peg movements.
It is especially suited for climbers targeting upper body power and control.
What this solves
Many climbers lack lock-off strength and controlled pulling power, which are essential for holding positions and executing powerful movements on the wall.
How this solves it
By moving between pegs, the system forces repeated one-arm loading, lock-offs, and controlled transitions. This builds pulling strength, coordination, and body control under real climbing-like demands.
Why this tool
Unlike standard pull-up bars, this system requires unilateral strength and coordination. It directly targets lock-off strength and dynamic control, making it highly effective for upper body development.
