Rustam's Raindrop, Training Grip
In stock
The RainDrop is a mono pocket training tool designed to build single-finger strength through controlled, weighted loading.
It is suited for advanced climbers targeting finger-specific strength, particularly in mono positions.
What this solves
Standard training tools do not isolate individual fingers effectively. Climbers aiming to improve mono strength need a way to load a single finger in a controlled and repeatable way.
How this solves it
The shallow mono design fixes finger placement, ensuring consistent loading on the same position every time. When used with a loading pin, it allows for precise and progressive overload of a single finger.
Why this tool
Compared to deeper monos, this design prevents the finger from sliding through, improving repeatability and control. This makes it more suitable for structured strength training.
Best for
Advanced / Expert — for climbers who want to build specific single-finger strength in a controlled and measurable way.
