Golden Grip - Wrist roller, Grip Strength
In stock
The Golden Grip Wrist Roller is a forearm training tool designed for wrist flexor and extensor strength and endurance.
It is best suited for climbers who want to build forearm capacity, improve endurance, and support injury prevention.
What this solves
Climbers often lack a simple way to train forearm endurance and balance both flexors and extensors. Many tools either isolate too much or fail to create sustained muscular tension.
How this solves it
The Wrist Roller creates continuous tension in the forearms by requiring you to roll a weight up and down using wrist movement.
This trains both flexors and extensors while building endurance and creating a strong muscular pump.
Why this tool
Unlike traditional wrist rollers with thin ropes that become unbalanced during use, this version uses a wide strap that rolls evenly. This ensures both arms are loaded more consistently, improving training quality and reducing imbalance.
Best for
Beginner to intermediate — for climbers who want to build forearm endurance and support antagonist training.
