Arm training is an essential part if you want to become a better climber and reach new heights. Here at Max Climbing, we are always looking for new ways to make this training even more fun and challenging. That is why we regularly develop new custom-made equipment for you in our own workshop. How to start your arm training?

Are you stuck on a certain level, and do you feel like you need better control of your arms to reach higher? Then you will definitely benefit from extensive arm training. Every movement uses different muscles in your arms and those all need the correct training. You don’t want to create an imbalance in your muscles, do you? In our online store you will find climbing training equipment for climbers of every level. If you want to be able to easily switch between levels, then our One Arm Trainer will definitely be able to help you. Each time you train, you can add a different grip to train another set of muscles. Another way to get your daily arm training in, is by using our grips. With the grips you can train both your biceps and triceps, as well as your forearms.

The One Arm Trainer was designed to efficiently train one arm - right after the other - in a way that no traditional fingerboard can do.

How it works:

The One Arm Trainer hangs up on one rope
By keeping the board horizontal while training, you can maximize the efficiency and achieve the best results from your workout
By changing the position of the rope, you can increase the strength needed in one arm (and decrease the strength needed in the other)
- Move the rope away from the center to gradually increase the difficulty of hanging or pulling up on the One Arm Trainer

Sustainability:

The rubberwood we use for these products is from a completely sustainable source! Currently, rubber plantation trees are harvested for wood after they complete the latex producing cycle, when they are 25 to 30 years old.

When the latex yields become extremely low, the trees are then felled, and new trees are usually planted. This makes rubberwood 'eco-friendly' because the wood is harvested from a renewable source.

Solve Max Mazes in 3 different ways:

Hold maze in hand and solve it
Put the maze in the mazeholder and solve it while standing in push up position
Put the maze in the mazeholder, hang the mazeholder up on the rope and solve it while pulling up

Each maze has challenges (cruxes) to overcome. Try to find a way through the mazes by practicing with the maze in your hands. When you have figured it out, you are ready for the next step. Can you solve it while pushing up? And while pulling up? Solving the maze gets harder with every step.
