Workshop 1950 - Pinching Blocks

The Workshop 19/50 Pinch Grip Training Blocks are a simple, scalable tool designed to build pinch-specific hand, thumb, and forearm strength.
They are essential for climbers who want to train pinch strength in a structured and progressive way.

What this solves
Many climbers lack specific pinch strength, even when general pulling or finger strength is sufficient. Pinch holds require thumb engagement and force application patterns that are not developed through standard edge or pulling work.

How this solves it
These blocks isolate pinch grip by forcing you to apply opposing force between fingers and thumb. When used with a loading pin, they allow for controlled, progressive overload across different grip widths.

Why this tool
Unlike general grip tools, these blocks allow pinch strength to be trained in a structured and measurable way. The different block sizes make it possible to target specific pinch demands and progressively increase difficulty.
