The Rock Prodigy Pulley Kit is an assistance system designed to reduce bodyweight during hangboard and pulling exercises.
It is suited for climbers who want controlled progression on grips they cannot yet hold at full bodyweight.
What this solves
Many climbers are unable to hang or pull on smaller holds or perform exercises at full bodyweight. This limits progression and increases injury risk.
How this solves it
By routing a rope through one or two pulleys and attaching it to counterweight, the system reduces the effective load on your body. This allows you to train below bodyweight in a controlled way.
