Lift Beginner Pack - Sloper Strength
Only 4 left
The Lift Beginner Pack – Sloper Strength is a simple system designed to introduce structured open-hand and sloper-related grip training.
It is suited for climbers who want to build sloper strength in a controlled and scalable way.
What this solves
Sloper strength is difficult to train off the wall. Most tools either don’t replicate the grip or don’t allow controlled progression.
How this solves it
By combining a large-diameter rolling handle with a loading pin, the system creates an open-hand grip position while allowing progressive loading and continuous grip engagement through rotation.
Why this tool
Unlike smaller or fixed handles, this setup targets sloper mechanics more directly:
- Large diameter (80 mm) → open-hand position
- Rotation → constant engagement
- Loading pin → scalable intensity
This makes it a clean entry into sloper-focused strength training.
Best for
Beginner / Intermediate — for climbers who want to start training open-hand and sloper strength in a structured way.
Key features
Large-diameter rolling handle (80 mm)
Open-hand dominant grip stimulus
Rotational instability for added engagement
Scalable via loading pin
Compact and portable setup
Used with
Weight plates (optional, depending on setup)
What’s in the box
Golden Grip Loading Pin
