Workshop 1950 - Rolling Handles

The Rolling Handle with Bearing is a rotating grip tool designed for sloper strength and pulling strength training.
It is best suited for climbers who want to train open-hand strength in a dynamic and highly specific way.

What this solves
Sloper strength is difficult to train in a controlled and transferable way. Most tools are static and fail to replicate the instability and rolling nature of real sloper holds.

How this solves it
The rotating handle forces continuous adjustment during pulling and holding, activating the finger and forearm flexors responsible for maintaining open-hand tension.
This creates a more specific stimulus for sloper strength compared to static grip tools.

Why this tool
Unlike fixed bars or standard grip tools, the Rolling Handle introduces rotation, making the movement less stable and more demanding. The larger diameter further shifts the load toward open-hand strength, making it more specific to sloper performance.

Best for
Advanced — for climbers who want to train sloper strength as a specific quality within their overall finger strength.
