How to use:

  • Weight lifters can be attached to elastic bands.  Attach the elastic bands to something solid and attach the weight lifter to the elastic band. Now stretch the elastic band by pulling the weightlifters
  • Attach weight lifter to dead weight and lift it.
  • Hang the weight lifter up and do some hang training.

Lets get pumpin

bought the ball weightlifter and immediately both a second one. They come without texture which makes it good for the skin and makes you pinch harder to hold on.

It does the job

Good product, it is strong, good quality, you can lift a lot of kg with it. personally I like the ball and the cylinder. The cone is not very ergonomic.
