YY Vertical - Elastic Bands
In stock
Elastic Bands are resistance tools designed for warm-up, assistance, and basic antagonist training.
They are suited for climbers who want to prepare the body, assist movements, or maintain balance in their training.
What this solves
Climbers often need:
- assistance for movements like pull-ups
- light resistance for activation
- basic antagonist work to stay balanced
How this solves it
The bands provide variable resistance that can:
- reduce bodyweight (assisted pull-ups)
- activate muscles before training
- add light resistance for accessory work
Why this tool
Unlike fixed-weight tools, bands are:
- adjustable (via different resistance levels)
- easy to use anywhere
- suitable for low-intensity work
However, resistance is not constant and not precise enough for real strength progression.
Best for
Beginner / Intermediate — for warm-up, assistance, and general conditioning.
