Workshop 1950 - Rolling Bar, Grip Strength
Only 3 left
The Rolling Bar is a rotating grip training tool designed to develop open-hand strength, stability, and coordination under unstable conditions.
It is especially suited for sloper-specific strength training.
What this solves
Many climbers struggle with slopers due to a lack of open-hand strength and instability control. Traditional edge training does not replicate these demands.
How this solves it
The rotating bar forces constant stabilization while maintaining an open-hand grip. This creates a loading pattern similar to slopers, where both grip strength and body tension are required.
Why this tool
Unlike static bars or edges, the rolling design introduces instability, making the exercise more specific to sloper climbing. Larger diameters further increase similarity to real climbing holds.
