Description

The Moro is a hangboard designed around rounded slopers and comfortable edge depths, making it especially suited for warming up and general training.
It is suited for climbers who want a board that feels friendly on the fingers while still offering enough variety for regular sessions.

What this solves
Some hangboards are too aggressive for warm-ups or everyday use. Moro offers more comfortable grips and larger holds.

How this solves it
By combining rounded slopers, medium-depth edges, and comfortable pockets, the board allows gradual loading without forcing you immediately onto very small holds.

Why this tool
Unlike highly specialized boards, this is more of an all-rounder:

  • comfortable rounded slopers
  • usable edge depths
  • decent pocket variety
  • friendly for warm-ups and regular use

It is more approachable than very hard boards, while still giving enough options to train.

Best for
Beginner / Intermediate — for climbers who want a comfortable board for warm-ups, general finger training, and sloper practice.

Max Climbing's Verdict

A simple, beginner-friendly board with usable slopers and pockets, made with an ecological approach. The layout stays approachable and uncomplicated, making it a good option for lighter sessions, basic finger work and building familiarity with different grip types. The flatter jugs also keep the board feeling a bit more climbing-specific than overly supportive.

👉 Best for beginners who want a simple board for general finger training and regular use.
