Rustam's Quadrock Hangboard

The QuadRock is a portable training block designed for basic finger and pinch strength training with a wide range of grip options.
It is best suited for climbers who want access to very small edges in a compact, travel-friendly format.

What this solves
When away from the climbing gym, many climbers want a simple way to keep their fingers active. However, most portable tools either lack variety or don’t include very small edges for higher intensity grip positions.

How this solves it
The QuadRock provides multiple edge depths, including very small edges (6 mm and 8 mm), along with several pinch options. This allows climbers to train a wide range of grips using a single compact block.

Why this tool
Unlike most portable edges, the QuadRock includes very small edge sizes (6 mm and 8 mm), making it more demanding in terms of finger loading. However, the block is not angle-stable, meaning it rotates under load and does not provide consistent, repeatable positioning for structured strength training.

Best for
Beginner to intermediate — for climbers who want a portable tool with a wide range of grip options, including smaller edges.
