Edelrid Jay – All-Round Comfort Without the Fuss
The Jay is Edelrid’s go-to all-round climbing harness, trusted by beginners and seasoned climbers alike. Now in its fourth generation, it’s more refined than ever — ideal for gym climbing, sport routes, via ferratas, and even alpine missions.
The butterfly-shaped waist belt offers improved weight distribution and hanging comfort, while the Center Fit construction lets you fine-tune the padding’s position for a symmetrical, snug fit. The extra-large tie-in loop and soft, textile-reinforced attachment points make tying in quick and intuitive — even with gloves or cold fingers.
Whether you're climbing plastic, rock, or ice, the Jay adapts. With five gear loops, ice-clipper slots, and adjustable leg loops, it’s ready for whatever terrain you throw at it.
