YY Vertical – Egg warm up
In stock
The Warm Up Egg is a soft resistance tool designed for finger activation, warm-up, and rehabilitation of the flexors.
It is suited for climbers who want a simple way to prepare their hands before climbing or support recovery.
What this solves
Cold fingers and inactive forearms increase injury risk. A light activation tool helps prepare muscles and joints before loading.
How this solves it
By squeezing the egg in different ways, you create low-intensity contractions that increase blood flow and activate the finger flexors.
Why this tool
Despite its positioning, this remains a simple activation tool. The different axes allow slight variation in grip, but the overall stimulus stays low-intensity.
