Lattice – Micros – Micro Edge Training Holds (set of 6)

Micros are three pairs of tulipwood training edges that take your finger strength from 14 mm all the way down to 4 mm micro-edges.
Each hold has two edge sizes, giving six precisely machined depths for progressive small-edge training.

What this solves
Most hangboards stop at 10–12 mm. Once you need to train genuinely small holds, there is no controlled, repeatable way to do it.

How this solves it
Six edge sizes from 14 mm to 4 mm, machined to exact tolerances, let you progress in small, measurable steps. Use a pair for two-arm hangs or a single hold for one-arm training.
