YY Vertical – Mini UFO
In stock
The Mini UFO is a light resistance tool designed for warm-up, activation, and basic hand coordination.
It is suited for climbers who want to prepare their fingers and forearms before training.
What this solves
Cold muscles and tendons increase injury risk. A simple activation tool helps prepare the hands before loading them.
How this solves it
By applying light resistance in both squeezing (flexion) and opening (extension), it increases blood flow and activates the muscles around the hand.
Why this tool
Despite the broader claims, this is primarily an activation tool. It can engage both flexors and extensors, but the resistance remains too low for real strength development.
Best for
Beginner / Advanced / Expert — for warm-up, activation, and injury prevention routines..
