What this solves
Standard pinch tools often allow too much surface contact, reducing the intensity of the pinch and limiting progression.
How this solves it
The very thin plate forces a narrow pinch where the thumb opposes the fingertips directly, creating a high-demand pinch position.
Why this tool
Unlike tools where force is applied laterally across the fingers (like coin-style lifts), this creates a more natural pinch force between thumb and fingertips, making it more transferable.
