Exercises for climbers to keep your body balanced

Tricep training to counter the stronger Bicep
Chest press with elbows on your sides, Overhead Tricep extensions 

Rhomboid (back muscles) training to counter the stronger Pectoralis (chest muscles)
 Fly exercise and rows (high and low)

The Fly exercise is an important one because it trains the Deltoids (shoulder muscle) and the Rhomboids. The Deltoids are important to stabilize the shoulder joint. Where the Rhomboid will keep your shoulders nice and straight and work against those chest muscles.
