Revisited, the TWIN offers you two different modes: vertical or horizontal for a traction / suspension training adapted to your needs. They will undoubtedly strengthen your grip and your arms. These cylinders, made of recycled rubber wood, also offer a soft-touch surface whose comfort and grip will convince climbers.
