Depending on the color, 5 - 15 - 25 - 35 - 45 kg of weight needed to stretch the bands.

Force needed to stretch the bands is close to constant, which makes this product ideal for training purposes.

Struggling to do a pull up? Use these elastic bands. Attach band to pull up bar, step in the band with 1 foot (or knee) and try to pull up. Increase or decrease difficulty by switching between band colors.

Lighter ones: Perfect for training the rotator cuffs
Heavy ones: upper back muscle rows exercises make me walk straight again after climbing a lot.
Use these bands as well for warming up when we go rock climbing
