What this solves
Progressive overload on hangboards usually requires adding or removing weight, which adds complexity. Many setups also lack a simple way to isolate one hand.
How this solves it
By shifting the rope away from the center, more load is placed on one side of the board. This allows gradual, controlled increases in difficulty while training one hand at a time.

Unlike traditional hangboards, this system has progressive overload built into the design. It removes the need for weights and allows precise control over loading through position adjustment.
