Climbing throws a variety of different moves, holds, and challenges at you...
That's why you need a tool designed to take on the toughest projects.
Fingerboards are great for static muscle training, but we’ve introduced a dynamic innovation to revolutionize the climbing industry.
The One Arm Trainer can train your upper body and grip strength while remaining fully versatile and allowing for progressive difficulty levels.
Don't take our word for it
In my climbing gym, this tool is a must have! Awesome how you can increase training intensity so easily.
It's refreshing to see such a revolutionary training tool for climbers. I feel like there hasn't been much innovation or new tools in the climbing community in a while. We've been using the same old stuff forever
I've been working on some hard projects and can definitely feel the send coming after training with the One Arm Trainer. It has a well earned spot in my training routine
As a Personal Trainer, I love using the One Arm Trainer in my trainings. At first, people struggle to keep it balanced. After a couple of weeks they can not only keep it stable but also increase the difficulty significantly
After taking a break from climbing, this tool will bring me back up to speed in no time. Love it
I'm using the "OAT" for improving balance and muscle coordination mainly. stabilizing the board and pulling up is already a big challenge on these grips
When doing an archer pull up, your body will move diagonally. This means that the weight on each arm/hand will vary depending on where you are in the pull up. The OAT makes you move vertically which ensures that you train the entire motion with constant weight, just like when you do a one arm pull up.
The Maxgrips are not required for the OAT; however, they bring crimps, slopers and jugs to the table.
If you want to train with more than just pinches, the Maxgrip or Maxgrip Hybrid is a great way to do it.
It will aid you for sure!
Not enough data to say with absolute certainty. Probably not though...
Crimps, Slopers and Jugs!
With the Maxgrips + The One Arm Trainer you can have it all
